I’m a consent embodiment trainer, and I work with churches, denominations and Christian nonprofits to develop leaders who are conscious about how they use their power, negotiate boundaries, and create communities that are inclusive.

How It Works
Embodiment Training for Deep Discipleship

Teaching about the heart of God, being made in God’s image, and about power, boundaries, and relational dynamics

A progression of simple but powerful exercises to learn to feel power dynamics in our bodies and practice how to deal with them
3.
Deep discipleship as we consciously nurture our incarnation of God’s heart of authentic inclusion - fully inclusive of us and of others
