Training

Each Training Package...

is custom designed in conversation with you to set a solid foundation for your group, combining both biblical and/or DEI teaching while also developing a somatic familiarity with all four power dynamics in the Wheel of Consent.

Every session within a series includes a gentle grounding, review & integration, somatic practice (solo, in pairs, or group demos), new teaching, Q&A and practice suggestions.

Virtual or onsite?

Onsite training is ideal because the Wheel of Consent nervous system exercises can be more extensive, and the impact of feeling power dynamics in physical presence can be powerful.

However, the benefit of a weekly virtual lesson, with exercises done in pairs in zoom breakout rooms, is surprisingly effective, particularly for introductory courses. The exercises are simple, but they nonetheless require such inner attunement that they are quite vulnerable, and sometimes virtual classes can feel safer as people start these practices knowing they are somewhat protected by distance.

Let’s talk about what fits your group and its needs.
